Hi Jeff,

I agree that the longer you wait to try and do something about low self esteem, the harder it gets. I used to be really self conscious about work and it caused me to doubt my capabilities most of the time. It was only when I decided to get training and learn more about my work which is mainly in customer service that I became more confident. In the end, I would say everything worked out well because I got promoted several times.

I don’t struggle with self confidence but this definitely helps in areas where I lack with it. I like the part of doing an “inventory of all our strengths and weaknesses” and becoming familiar with those, it humbles us. Thanks.
